    • Mental coaches: Specialists work individually, pumping up confidence, concentration, and emotional stability.

    Intensity alone is not enough — without recovery, progress is impossible. In the pre-season, athletes are accompanied by entire staffs: massage therapists, nutritionists, and sleep specialists. Some teams use cryochambers and infrared saunas daily — they relieve inflammation, speed up regeneration, and maintain the body’s optimal shape.
